I recently visited Bambukat and was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of gluten-free options on their menu. The masala papad was particularly delicious, with the perfect balance of spices. The staff was also very accommodating and knowledgeable about gluten-free options. I appreciate a restaurant that caters to different dietary preferences.
