Customers say this merchant is plagued by frequent wrong orders, poor food quality, and unreliable service, with many describing the experience as frustrating and disappointing. While a few orders met expectations, the overwhelming sentiment is negative due to skimpy portions, long delays, and unresponsive customer support.
