What are momos?
Momos are a type of dumplings popular in Nepal and nearby countries. They are made from steamed dough filled with savory ingredients and meat or vegetables, sealed into a wrapper, and then steamed or deep-fried. Afghani momos are momos served with with cream and light spices. Cooked (steamed or fried) momos are simply tossed in the afghani sauce giving you a new dish called afghani momos
