I had the steamed blackbean & ginger fish/prawn dish at China Garden and I was impressed. The portion size was generous and the fish/prawn was perfectly cooked and very fresh tasting. The blackbean & ginger sauce gave it a nice subtle kick. Nutritional value was very good. Highly recommend this dish.
