I recently tried Garhwali Dhaba's veg fried rice and it exceeded all my expectations for a dhaba-style restaurant. The rice was cooked perfectly and had a great balance of spices. The vegetables were fresh and added a nice crunch to the dish. The portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. The only improvement I would suggest is adding more variety in the vegetables. Overall, I was impressed by the quality and presentation of the dish. Garhwali Dhaba is definitely
