It began in 1981 as a book of styles by Georges Marciano. Maurice, Georges brother, was first chosen to help with product development. The brand has a huge variety of clothes, accessories, footwear and more for both men and women. In 1984, the brand also introduced a line of baby's clothes, called 'Baby Guess'. The line is now called 'GUESS kids'.
