I recently dined at Mekong and one dish that stood out to me was the Crispy Lotus Stem tossed with Sweet Chilli Sauce. As someone who prefers healthy meal options, I was delighted to find this dish on the menu. Not only was it delicious, but also packed with nutrition. The portion size was just right, not too little or too much. I highly recommend giving this dish a try and sharing your healthy meal experiences at Mekong on social media.

I recently had the wok tossed black pepper tofu with scallions from Mekong and it was amazing. The tofu was cooked perfectly and the black pepper intensified the flavor. The crunchy scallions added texture and finished off the dish. Highly recommended!
