Veg Schezwan Fried Rice

This is an Indian Chinese fried rice. Indo Chinese cuisine contains its own version of Chinese inspired recipes, as well as those that are just Indo Chinese delicacies. They do not truly exist anyplace else. They are just dishes designed to fit within the fusion cuisine. This dish includes a hot red from scratch sauce called Indo Chinese schezwan sauce or schezwan chutney, which i used to prepare sauces for crispy vegetables, protein and fried rice.
