I had ordered eclairs doughnut but received kitkat doughnut instead and support team says to wait for 4 hours. This is my first time ordering from magicpin. I am a Swiggy One user. Usually at swiggy, such incidents are handled immediately by support team by either replacing the item or refunding the item amount. This could have been dealt with in a better way at magicpin too.
