I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oh Indorii and let me just say, their Achari Soya Chhap left me speechless! As someone who loves spicy food, I couldn't resist trying this dish and I am so glad I did. The combination of the tangy achari flavor and the tenderness of the soya chhap was simply divine.
