I recently visited Healthy Kings and was delighted to find a variety of gluten-free options on their menu. I opted for the Rice With Tadka Dal and it did not disappoint! The flavor was rich and delicious, and the texture of the rice was perfect. I appreciate the effort taken to ensure gluten-free options are available and will definitely be sharing my experience and the recipe on my blog.
