I recently visited 101 Bar and Kitchen and had a fantastic experience as a vegan. The Caesar Salad was delicious and had all the right flavors. As a person who always looks for vegan options, I was impressed by the variety and creativity of the dishes. Their staff was very understanding and accommodating of my dietary preferences. I also loved how they use locally sourced and fresh ingredients in all their plant-based options. Overall, a great spot for foodies who want to try out delicious vegan dishes. Highly recommend
