The Chef is responsible for the overall culinary operations of a F&B-Casual Dining outlet. He/She is in charge of creating and developing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served. The Chef must have a good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as a passion for creating delicious dishes. He/She must also be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication and organizational skills. The Chef is the leader of the kitchen and must be able to motivate and inspire the team to produce the best results.
