Receptionist and security guy were very rude while hotel was very nice no doubt.
Didn't like the quality, service, and safety precautions at this place

Hotel was very nice but the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. They didn't allow neither to sit at restaurant outside nor to get your guest to get in room for even couple of minutes. My parents have to wait 1 long hour in lobby
