My charging slot was not working. The service center and staff was very helpful and coordinated well. There is a token system at centre, so it's better to come when center opens. They try their best to manage it, but sometimes it's evident how understaffed they are.

Ambience and courtesy extended were quite good. However, there was no resolution to the problem. They should try to resolve the issues across the table rather than postponing to a future date.But eventually I did get my query resolved. They charge you only a minimal service fee.

I like the fact that OnePlus as a company have made a conscious effort on trying to expand into more categories. Bought a 32inch LED from here. I had a smooth experience here, they've plenty of offers running at all times.
