I recently visited Shanghai Chinese Restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious Chicken Hot and Sour Soup. As a vegan, I always appreciate when restaurants have plant-based options and this one did not disappoint. The soup was full of flavor and had a perfect balance of spice. I highly recommend this dish to anyone looking for a tasty vegan option. Overall, Shanghai Chinese Restaurant offers a great selection of vegan meals and I will definitely be returning to try more of their menu.
