I recently visited Brij Rasoi and was impressed by their vegan options. I tried their Baingan Ka Bharta and it was absolutely delicious! The smoky flavor of the roasted eggplant was perfect and the spices were just right. As a vegan, it can be difficult to find good options at restaurants, but Brij Rasoi definitely delivered. I also appreciated the friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for tasty vegan dishes.
