Know your stay
Misty Lake is a cluster of cottages with distinctive pyramidal roofs situated lower down the slope of the hillock, their balconies facing the dip of a valley, looking over a line of bramble and silver oak trees. Paved pathways fringed with lamps link the cottages. Further on, higher up the slope, the resort's multi-cuisine restaurant is set beside a badminton court and play area for children and a couple of cottages, all, look out at a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape and the seemingly endless stretches of mountains in the distance.

Wild Saga is located in Kumily Town of Thekkady. It has a constant chirping sound of crickets in the background and the occasional hauling of the wild monkeys along with the refreshing air with the aroma of different spices that take you to a different world altogether. With the green hills in the background and the artificial lake formed by the Periyar Dam and one of the best tiger reserves of India, Thekkady is definitely the place to be for any and every nature lover.
