I had my first Al-fahm here at Al-Saj Kitchen and that's a dish I'll never go back from. The meat is incredibly delicious by itself. But when paired with the sauce and the kuboos that they offer, the flavour somehow becomes more complex and more delicious. I also really love their parotta and beef curry dish.

Al-Saj Kitchen has the best Al-fahm's hands down. The meat is super soft and tender. The masala with which it is slow roasted really punches you in the face with flavour. If you like more hard pieces, you can always ask for the breast piece
