I recently tried the Chicken Varattiyathu at Uchavandi and I have to say, it was delicious! The dish was cooked perfectly and the flavors were spot on. As someone who prefers healthy meal options, I was happy to see that the portion size was just right and the dish had a good balance of protein and vegetables.
