ordered from the restaurant Quick Meta but the delivery partner tells that the restaurant will not provide food. No I didn't request cancellation but the the restaurant owner told me to cancel it as the owner will not prepare the food he says I didn't recieve any order from magic pin and constantly harassing me , and here is the voice recording of me with the delivery partner.

This app is very bad. Do not order at all. I was very hungry, I ordered at 9 am, it was getting late at 10 am, then the food was not delivered. The delivery time was shown in 30-40 minutes. And the name of the delivery boy of that order was Indranil Basu, he kept lying to me that I am coming, please wait a moment. After 10 pm, he does not even pick up my phone. You tell me the most important thing is that my payment is complete. After 10 pm, the delivery boy says to me, "Ma'am, I have reached your location," but in fact, he himself made a mistake on the road. The last time he told me, "Ma'am, there was a lot of traffic on the road," but when I called him the first 2 times, he said, "I have taken another order by mistake." He said again, "I am in a hurry for you, and I have lost my money, and I could not eat." I told this delivery boy that I was forced to give a low rating and write a bad review in the name of TMR, because of your behavior. If you are hungry, never order food from this app. And I am telling this app owner. You have hired such bad boys who do such things.

The food is tooo sweet n it taste like a sweet dish... The food is so cool that it feels like it give it from the fridge.... Very bad experience
