I recently stumbled upon Chauhan Victoria Vada and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they offer gluten-free options. I tried their Kanjji Vada and it was absolutely delicious! The vada was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And the fact that it was gluten-free made it even better.
