● This voucher will be applicable on all items listed for sale on https://www.lenskart.com/, Mobile App, or at all company-authorized offline Lenskart stores, including eyeglasses, sunglasses, computer glasses, contact lenses, and accessories.
● This Gift voucher can be clubbed with existing offers on the website.
● Users can add multiple gift cards into a single balance container and use the cumulative balance for their orders. This balance can be applied across one or more transactions.
● No refund or credit note will be issued against unused or partially used vouchers.
● If a voucher gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be usable only after 72 hours.
● In case the order is canceled, the E-Gift Card amount will be refunded to the original gift card container. The validity of the gift card will be based on the date of issuance, not the date of usage or refund.
● If the order value exceeds the cumulative balance in the gift card container, the balance must be paid via Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI/Cash on Delivery.
● If the order value is less than the cumulative balance in the gift card container, the remaining balance will reflect in the container and can be used for future transactions until expiry.
