Although McDonald's may not be known for its healthy options, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer an Egg & Cheese McMuffin 3 Pc Meal on their breakfast menu that fits into my Paleo diet preferences. The breakfast sandwich was made with real eggs and a gluten-free English muffin, which was a welcome change from the usual fast food fare. The taste was on point and I appreciated the simplicity of the ingredients. As someone who follows a Paleo diet, it's always nice to have
