I recently dined at ND9 Royal Mithai and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious gluten-free options. Their strawberry cake was especially noteworthy - it had the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, and the texture was light and fluffy. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it's always a treat to find a restaurant that offers tasty options for me.
