I recently visited Malhaar Tribes and had the Surmai Tawa Fry. It was cooked to perfection with generous amounts of spice and chilli powder, leaving an incredibly flavorful taste. The texture was perfect. The fish was succulently tender and the spices really enlivened the flavor. I highly recommend trying it if you're looking for an authentic Indian-style seafood dish!
