I recently tried Heng Bok and was blown away by their Bullak Saeu Jeongol. As someone who loves spicy food, this dish hit all the right notes. The spice level was perfect and really elevated the flavors of the other ingredients. I appreciate that they have a diverse menu, with a focus on spicy dishes. I had the Budae Jjigae at Heng Bok and it was delicious! I'm happy to report that it was totally gluten-free, as I tend to be careful with my meals. The flavors were phenomenal - the pork, kimchi, and tofu blended in perfect harmony for a spicy yet flavorful broth. I certainly recommend for those looking for a delicious, gluten-free meal!
