I recently visited The Punjabi Chulha and tried their Dal Makhni, I absolutely loved it! The spices used were perfectly balanced and the lentils were cooked to perfection. The creamy gravy was flavourful and the accompanying naan was perfect to scoop out the gravy. A great success for any Punjabi food lover.
