We deconstructed the Banarasi Paan to give all the Paan lovers a taste of their much-loved mouth freshener in the form of an ice cream. We make it from real paan sourced from Banaras, which also gives it the beautiful green colour. To add to the paan-like texture, we added the crunch of cashews and roasted fennel seeds.
