Prawns & Calamari Ajilo from @indebrewco 📍
Ajilo sauce is basically made of garlic and hot paprika oil and this sauce has to be the best thing I have ever had. With garlic flakes, chilli flakes, fresh coriander this one had my heart. Served with a baguette I had the best time having them with the sauce 😍

It was an amazing place with astonishing ambience and good music around.It is a great place to chill with your friends and family.
I tried out the following dishes
1)Fried Chicken which was extremely crispy and crunchy.
2)Truffle Mac and Cheese pasta which had gruyere and chives.It was overloaded with cheese
3)Lastly I had Spiced Chicken Pizza which had spicy chicken morsels loaded with mozzarella.The bread was extremely soft and the pizza was relishing.

A good place to hangout if you are a beer lover as they have their special 11 types of handcrafted beers.

• Homing Pigeon (Apple Cider) :- Made by fermented apple juice with champagne yeast. This is a classic apple cider, spritzy with a semi dry finish and hint of tartness in balance.

Here are a few details on the beer we had:-
• Big Bang (Belgian Triple) :- A spicy, fruity & deceptively strong Belgian ale. This ale goes through a secondary fermentation using Abbey Yeast to give it a complex flavour profile and natural carbonation. Medium body and finishes semi dry. Surprisingly sessionable despite the high abv.
