I had an amazing experience at Spice It - IBIS! As a person who follows a vegan diet, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offer a variety of vegan options on their menu. I tried their Tibetan Chicken Thukpa and it was simply delicious. The veggies were fresh and the broth was rich in flavor. I had the pleasure of trying Spice It - IBIS's Tibetan Veg Thukpa, which made for an enjoyable culinary experience. The bowl of steaming noodle soup with vegetables was a perfect balance of spice and flavor, with just the right amount of heat. The portion size was generous, and I enjoyed every morsel with great satisfaction. Highly recommended!
