I recently dined at Kalyani's Malabar Kitchen and was pleasantly surprised by their variety of vegan options. As someone who prefers plant-based meals, I was delighted to see Gulab Jamun with Ice Cream on the menu. Not only was it delicious, but the vegan options were clearly marked and the staff were knowledgeable about ingredient substitutions.
