I recently dined at Hotel Jalsa and ordered their Mutton Fry. Let me just say, it was absolutely delicious! The chunks of mutton were perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. The dish had a perfect balance of spices and the meat was incredibly tender. I could tell that the ingredients used were of high quality and fresh. This mutton fry has definitely become one of my favorite Japanese dishes. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself at Hotel Jalsa. You won't be disappointed!
