Chicken fried momos are a delectable fusion of Asian and South Asian culinary traditions. These savoury dumplings are made from a thin, soft dough that encases a flavourful filling of minced chicken, finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and spices. Once shaped into small, bite sized parcels, the momos are first steamed to ensure the chicken is cooked through and tender. After steaming, the momos are deep fried/pan fried until they achieve a crispy and golden brown exterior.
