The staff was knowledgeable about the Paleo diet and was helpful in suggesting other options. I loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall, as someone who prefers Paleo diet options, I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Amar Kitchen and would highly recommend it to others.
