I highly recommend Moti Mahal Delux for late-night snack deliveries. As someone who frequently orders food for late-night study sessions, I was impressed by their prompt delivery and the freshness of their dishes. The Veg Manchow Soup in particular stood out with its rich flavors and perfect blend of veggies. The staff was also courteous and accommodating. Overall, Moti Mahal Delux is my go-to spot for delicious and timely late-night snacks.

I recently visited Moti Mahal Delux and I enjoyed their salt lassi. The taste is perfect - not too sweet and not too sour. It's a nice treat for refreshment and goes well with all kinds of food. Highly recommended.

#loveforchicekn I oftenly visit this place for chicken dish. They serve very good quality of chicken and that is delicious too. My favourite from their menu is tandoori chicken - a lil spicy❤️ Their staff is very well trained and cooperative. No problem for parking. Must visit this place as vegetarians can also enjoy veg food over their. A very comfortable seating arrangement mKe you feel good.

#motimahalsince1956 This is my Favourite place to have great Quality of food and spend a Quality time with my friends and Family. Moti Mahal Jail road is a branch of very old resturant Moti Mahal , it offers exciting and mouthwatering indian and chinese food at very reasonable prices. Chilly Garlic noddles and Tandoori chicken is my favourite from their meanu. I have been there soo many times that there staff knows me very well and they always remember my order 😂🤣 . Delhi’s Iconic Moti Mahal’s DAL MAKHANI recipe. With passing time, many variations came. One with milk, or with fresh cream to make it rich and creamy, but the real dal makhani is made only with makkhan (butter). In this recipe, you will need minimal ingredients and lots of butter just like they make in Delhi’s ICONIC Restaurant MOTI MAHAL. @motimahalofficial

I have used @isayorganic Dal Makhani mix which has a proper proportion of urad dal and rajma and needs to be soaked only for an hour.

Ingredients -
1-1/2 cup I Say Organic’s Dal Makhani Mix
Water, as required
1 cup Garlic water (minced garlic soaked in water for about an hour)
6 tbsp butter (divided into 3)
1 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 cup tomato puree
Salt, to taste

For tadka -
2 tsp ghee
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp kasuri methi, crushed

Instructions -
Add dal makhani mix, garlic water and 4 cups of water in a pan.
Let it cook for 35-40 minutes on low medium flame until the dal is soft. Keep adding more water when you feel dal is becoming thick. (Never pressure cook, because that way you will not get the authentic dal makhani consistency and flavour)
Once the dal is cooked, add 2 tbsp butter and mix it well. Cook for 5 more minutes.
In a pan, add ghee. Add ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder and cook until the raw smell goes away. Add tomato puree and cook until it leaves the ghee from the sides.
Add this mixture in the dal with 2 tbsp butter and mix it well with wooden madani or any mixer as shown in the video.
Let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.
To make the tadka, heat ghee. Add Kashmiri red chilli powder, kasuri methi and a little water so that the chilli doesn’t burn and loose its colour.
Add the tadka, 2 tbsp butter and mix it well. Cook for 2-3 more minutes and your authentic dal makhani is ready with minimal ingredients.
