Worst experience of my life at kamla nagar outlet. That one only outlet who wants 50 rupees packaging charges for the golgappa..🤣

Hello, I am writing to inform you about an issue I encountered today at your BTW kamla nagar outlet. I visited the outlet to place an order for takeaway, but the staff informed me that they were not able to pack my order and mentioned that they are only offering dine-in service at the moment. And said extra charges for the packageing. Because i have magicpin vouchers. The behaviour is also rudely. Misbehave me said like that.. "Bhai 9 rs m khane ko hi milega" is that way to talk. I suggest you to improve your staff behaviour otherwise close the magicpin services. This has caused some inconvenience, as I was specifically looking to take the order with me. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and clarify the policy regarding takeaway orders at this outlet. Your prompt response and support in resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance. Best regards,

Third class outlet ,rude staff ,cashier doesn't even know how to treat a customer ,outlet was more looking like a store room rather than a "The BTW OUTLET"

Very bad service if you have Magic pin voucher it is not packed your order it is only for dining

I order 2 pyaj kachori 2 samosha and 2 rasgulla but my order is not completed 2 rashgulla is missing but I paid all three items.😒😒😠😠
