*A Jumbo Thali
And it included below
-Butter Chicken, the star of the thali. This definitely was the stealer of the meal. It was nice reddish brown in color with a thick and smooth gravy. The chicken was cooked well and was nothing less than delicious. Gravy was creamy, rich and tasty.
-Panner Handi, the Panner used in Sabzi was soft but the gravgy had a strong nutmeg taste and aroma. The nutmeg was overpowering the rest spices in the gravy.
-Jeera Rice, Basmati was given this amazing ghee & jeera tadka. The rice had really good smoky flavour which appealed to me a lot.
-Dal Makhani, The dal was made with mixed lentils. It did not have usual smoky Makhani taste and flavours. But definitely wasn't a usual dal tadka dal. I liked the subtle flavors in the dal. It went really well with the Jeera Rice.
-Sweet, they sent me a Rabdi that was served in a clay pot in dessert. It had a light green color and was creamy, thick and perfect sweet.
Thali also included Butter Naan & Salad!
