I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mom's Kitchen and I have to say, I was impressed. Not only was their Punjabi style sambhar chawal delicious, but it also had a healthy and nutritious twist. In fact, most of their dishes were made with fresh, organic ingredients and offered a variety of vegetarian and gluten-free options.
