I recently visited Biryani States in Kolkata and had their Handi Chicken Dum Biryani. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleased to see that the restaurant had options for me. The biryani itself was delicious, with perfectly cooked tender chicken and aromatic spices. I could tell that great attention was paid to the gluten-free aspect as there was no cross-contamination.
