Customers say Delhi Food Point's butter chicken, soya chaap, and paneer tikka can be tasty and well packaged, but the experience is badly undermined by chronic portion shortfalls—many report paying for half or full plates and receiving quarter or smaller amounts—along with frequent wrong, cold, or poor-quality items.
