I recently tried the Aloo Pyaz Paratha from Paranthya di rasoi and it was amazing! As someone who loves spicy food, I was impressed by the level of spice in the paratha. The aloo and pyaz filling was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The paratha was also soft and not too greasy.
