I recently had the pleasure of dining at South Indian Mahal, and being a gluten-free person, I was delighted to find an array of options on their menu. Their masala dosa was particularly delicious, with the perfect balance of spices and flavors. The chefs here seem to truly understand the gluten-free community, as every dish was thoughtfully prepared without any cross-contamination. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for authentic South Indian cuisine, with great consideration for dietary restrictions.
