We teach mainly Iyengar Yoga though there will be flavour of other yoga forms also like Ashtanga vinyasa, Hatha yoga , Yin yoga. We teach offline and online as well. Individual class at studio or home classes are also available..

I love my teacher there. He inspires us to do our best. His constant instructions throughout the sessions helps us to correct our posture even further. Always look forward to attending the class as he has the maximum variations to an asana which keeps it exciting
Amazing studio! Spacious, clean and the trainers are awesome. The yoga classes are different every day - really love that diversity - and also addicted to functional training. Fell so much stronger since I started 2 months ago. Also really help with stress!
