So went to Spring - Radisson Blu spring to celebrate my bday with my family for the dinner buffet. Priced around 1800/- the buffet was worth every penny ! The beautifully ambience , comfortable sitting and widespread menu including starters, Chinese, continental , North Indian cuisine and widespread dessert menu made our evening quite good . Pizza , pasta , tea , coffee , various cheat menu and the dessert section attracted us the most . Paneer tikka in the form of paneer cubes served with coriander chutney was good. Was roasted well . In the chaat section Chana chat , peas chaat deserves special applause ..salads served in the cocktail glasses attracted everyone. Palau paneer , daal were delicious . Desserts have cakes , pastries , tarts , litchi shot attra yes us the most . The well lighted ambience having white colour theme looked magnificent ! #buffettime #goldmagician
