India is famous for different types of curries. The more the spices, the more tastier it is said to be. Usually in all festivals and household occasions we eat Dal and Paneer but we miss those curries which our mothers make amazingly well but are been cooked once in a month or two.
Here I represent Baingan ka Bharta which is my utter favourite and I just love it since my childhood.
I specially visit Haveli, Murthal whenever I crave for this dish. They make it as per my taste and it is priced at 260 rs for a serving.
Its super delicious and I love it to the core with Garlic Naan.
