I recently tried the Choley Bhature at Haldiram's and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! The choley (chickpea curry) was flavorful and not overly spicy, while the bhature (fried bread) was soft and fluffy. As someone who prefers healthy meal options, I appreciated that the portion size was just right and didn't leave me feeling too heavy. I would definitely recommend this dish to others and will be back to try more of their menu items. Keep
