Don't know what is wrong with orders placed through this platform? Maybe, merchants don't give a shit to orders through the MagicPin. There is a huge quality difference if ordered directly or through other online food apps. Worst part, MagicPin support gives same useless replies against complaints. I think, we all should refrain using MagicPin
