I recently placed an order for Paneer Kulcha, but unfortunately, I received plain kulcha along with sabzi. Additionally, no disposable plate or proper packaging was provided, making it extremely difficult and unhygienic to eat. How is one expected to eat plain kulcha and handle sabzi without a plate or proper container? This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I kindly request you to either replace the order with what was originally requested or refund my money. Please address this issue promptly.
