I recently visited New Ruchi Bangalore Bakery and was pleasantly surprised by their eggless strawberry cake. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, it can be difficult to find bakery options that cater to my needs. But this bakery had a variety of gluten-free options and their eggless strawberry cake was delicious. The texture was light and fluffy, and the flavor of the strawberries really shone through. I appreciate that they offer options for those with dietary restrictions, and I will definitely be visiting again. Highly
